One of the deeper practices we teach is how to pause. Within pause you can connect to your larger life or take time to solve problems. I teach each student that comes here how to pause. For those who have been here once, you can come back to reset and pause again.
Watch the video for a moment to imagine being elsewhere. Let the video stir your imagination and expand your personal awareness. Don’t force the vision, rather let it move as a simple daydream that meanders. As you meander insights or visions can blossom when you least expect them to arise.
There are countless ways you can use these videos to meditate against. Sometimes, just having a space to meditate against, even an electronic nook away from your routine, can be enough to help encourage you to take some time for a personal break and meditation.
