Midlife and relationship work often includes healing trauma you have experienced in life.
We are mind, body, and spirit. Trauma is when something permanently redefines us as a person. Trauma can impact us at all three levels of mind, body, and spirit, which means, that healing trauma often requires a person to heal all three aspects of our nature.
Below is a general outline of the online course:
- Using Taoism. Redefine your stories. Release the echo of abuse and create new narratives for your life. We cover this topic in Video #1: Redefine your stories.
- Using Shamanism. Journeywork and connecting with spirit to reinforce your life.
Due to the intense experiences that can get revealed and then healed, we have kept this portion of the class as a private session. The 1-hour personal session included with the course covers this topic if you want to explore the shamanic aspects of healing trauma.
- Using Meditation. Shifting your mindset to release pain, anxiety, and negative feelings. We cover this topic in Video #2: Using Meditation.

- A PRIVATE 60-MINUTE SESSION – Each student who signs up for this course may opt to schedule a hour-long private session via phone/Zoom within the year they are registered for the course
