This course is an invitation to heal past traumas, practice self-forgiveness, and deepen self-love.
Below is a general outline of the online course:
- Using Taoism. Redefine your stories. Release the echo of abuse and create new narratives for your life.
- Using Shamanism. Journeywork and connecting with spirit to reinforce your life
- Using Meditation. Shifting your mindset to release pain, anxiety, and negative feelings.
Please plan to be in a quiet location you’re comfortable in. Each session will include experiential healing exercises.
