Aloha Dragons.
We help people move around the world.

It’s easy to stay rooted in one place. But life isn’t about being easy; it’s about growth. Never be afraid to find your future self with a new start.
“In the process of letting go, you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself.”
– Deepak Chopra
I need to repeat one truth:
Possibilities are always open.
No matter how you live, where you live, or what you do, countless options exist for each of us in life.
Casey Insight: At times, you have to keep the possibilities open on purpose to have more options in your situation. This approach allows for newer choices you never even imagined for your life to unfold. This approach doesn’t mean doing nothing; instead, you move forward lightly while keeping your eyes open for new paths. The real trick here is keeping your perception open so you can spot new flows to engage. This approach is time-limited, meaning that if no new options present themselves, you must re-engage with an older option from a new perspective and with renewed enthusiasm.
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
– Viktor E. Frankl
Why should a person consider changing up life?
- Embracing change keeps us engaged and healthy in life.
- Never lose the option in life to change on our own terms.
- When you don’t change, the events unfolding around you will erode you down.
“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.”
– Alan Watts
2025 and now 2026 is pushing change with a vengeance. I no longer take anything for granted when anything can change.
“The best way to predict your future is to create it.”
– Abraham Lincoln
Change is another way to say it’s time to evolve. Many of the recent newsletters have focused on teaching concepts to help readers grow and evolve. One thing I haven’t talked about much is the nature of evolution. People often assume that evolution is always a positive thing, but that’s not always the case. Evolution isn’t about what we want to become; it’s about what we need to succeed and overcome. The challenges shape us accordingly. One trick is to move ahead and be selective about what challenges you face in life.
“It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
– Charles Darwin
One trap is that people and societies can become more like the challenges they face.
“He that wrestles with us strengthens our nerves and sharpens our skill. Our antagonist is our helper. But beware lest we become the very evil we deplore.”
– Edmund Burke
All possibilities have a cost, and the one cost in life I am no longer willing to pay is being far away from others. I will focus on being in a community of dragons. I want to stress that we are all together to face the times! We will become more together, and since love is all about becoming more, we will live ahead in love.
** Unexpected Life Event **
I had to stop writing this month’s newsletter at this point because life threw me down. I slipped and fell. It was the nastiest fall I’ve ever taken, and the result will be losing the use of my right arm for a month. Today, I reached the point where I can type for more than a few minutes again! The story of my fall is boring, aside from bouncing and becoming a mud cake. Nothing to worry about! After some healing time, physical therapy, and exercise, I will be fully healed at the end of the year.
Note: this was originally written as the 12/1/25 newsletter.
As of 1/11/26, I’m 90% healed and have the use of my arm.)
My life lesson will be to move more slowly and with expanded awareness. As we develop our awareness, we discover that living vibrantly and with awareness is an endless process. As one gets older and turns more inward, it’s a constant practice to maintain expanded awareness outward.
Ironically, the place where I fell was part of the actual path, but in the downpour at that moment, I should have gone around the wet metal plate covering the entire path. I could have easily moved around the plate by walking on the road. I saw the option and even considered taking this much longer way around as I was walking. I decided to take the standard path, and I crashed and burned for it. The future will offer many choices, but many standard options won’t work well as infrastructure either breaks down or evolves.
The standard path and shortcuts in times of great change are often not the best option. Sometimes the longer or more unusual path can be better for a person. In being responsive to change (evolving), consider the paths before you with increased awareness.
“…I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.”
– Robert Frost

I need to stop here as my arm is giving out, and tomorrow is my deadline, so I will publish here.
I will end with my favorite poem.
Fog
The fog comes
on little cat feet.
It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.
– Carl Sandburg
This poem sits in my core, about how I like to move through life quietly. To keep a part of myself hidden, yet to be connected to everything around me in a diffuse manner.
Take a moment to share any poems that call to you in life and move in life with graceful, cat-like feet. I forgot my cat feet for a moment and tumbled… A reminder to be more foot-aware as we travel through life’s challenges.
Much Love
Casey & Julie
